Withdrawal Policy

Lakhsman Wellness Private Limited allows eligible users to submit withdrawal requests subject to wallet availability, KYC status, fraud checks, payout rules, tax deductions, and operational approval workflows.

Eligibility for Withdrawal

  • Withdrawals may be allowed only from eligible wallet balances and only after the account passes the required KYC and security conditions.
  • Blocked accounts, frozen wallets, unresolved compliance issues, and suspicious transactions may prevent or delay withdrawal processing.
  • The company may impose minimum amount requirements, request frequency limits, or operational cut-off timing as configured in the system.

Deductions and Validation

  • Applicable TDS, service charge, gateway cost, bank fee, or other lawful deduction may be applied before final payout.
  • Bank account details must belong to the verified user or other approved beneficiary profile where the company expressly allows it.
  • Incorrect, mismatched, closed, or unverified bank details may result in hold, rejection, or delayed payout.

Processing and Holds

  • Withdrawal requests are processed within a reasonable operational period but may be delayed by banking, verification, reconciliation, or public-holiday factors.
  • The company may hold or revalidate requests linked to unusual earning spikes, refund reversals, duplicate activity, or pending compliance review.
  • A failed payout may be retried, returned to wallet, or otherwise handled according to internal reconciliation rules.

Submission of a withdrawal request does not create an unconditional right to immediate payout until all validation steps are complete.
