Direct Seller Code of Conduct

Lakhsman Wellness Private Limited expects every member, promoter, and franchise partner to conduct business honestly, lawfully, and with respect for customers, prospects, and the company reputation. This Code of Conduct applies to both offline and online behavior.
Ethical Selling Standards
- Always represent the company, products, pricing, plan structure, and income opportunity truthfully and responsibly.
- Do not pressure, harass, mislead, or exploit customers, prospects, team members, or support staff.
- Do not promise medical cures, guaranteed income, fixed returns, or unsupported claims about any product or service.
Digital and Social Media Conduct
- Any online promotion, website content, banner, message, or social-media activity connected to the company must remain factual and policy-compliant.
- You must not use fake testimonials, manipulated screenshots, unauthorized logos, copyrighted material, or deceptive before-and-after representations.
- Spam messaging, mass unsolicited contact, and misleading advertisements are prohibited.
Respect for Compliance and Customers
- Protect personal data received from customers or downline members and use it only for authorized business purposes.
- Respect refund, cancellation, grievance, and compliance processes without attempting to bypass system controls.
- Promptly cooperate with investigations, support clarifications, KYC review, and policy-enforcement actions.
Violations and Consequences
- Policy breaches may lead to warning, content removal, payout hold, reversal, suspension, or permanent termination.
- Serious misconduct may be escalated to legal authorities, payment partners, or regulatory bodies where necessary.
- The company retains the final right to assess behavior inconsistent with its compliance standards and business values.
Every participant in the company network is expected to preserve trust, transparency, and professionalism at all times.
