Document Standards

- Name, date of birth, bank details, and other identifiers should match the company profile and payout records as required.
- Edited, forged, expired, mismatched, incomplete, or illegible documents may be rejected without further processing.
Verification Outcomes
- The company may approve, reject, hold, or request resubmission based on document quality, mismatch findings, or compliance observations.
- Repeated failed submissions, identity inconsistency, or suspected forgery may result in account blocking, payout hold, or escalation for internal review.
- The company may request live confirmation, self-declaration, or additional documents where deemed necessary.
User Responsibility
- You are responsible for ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of all documents and declarations submitted to the company.
- You must update the company if your verified information changes and provide fresh documents where asked.
- KYC records may be retained for compliance, audit, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes.
No KYC approval is automatic, and all approvals remain subject to verification quality and compliance satisfaction.
