Payment Policy

Lakhsman Wellness Private Limited accepts payments only through approved channels and subject to internal verification, reconciliation, and fraud-control rules. This policy governs payment acceptance, proof validation, duplicate handling, and risk review.

Approved Payment Channels

  • Payments must be made only through authorized UPI, gateway, banking, wallet, or other channels approved by the company.
  • Payments made to personal accounts, unapproved QR codes, or unofficial beneficiaries may be rejected and may not be recognized for service fulfilment.
  • The company may change approved payment methods from time to time without prior notice.

Verification and Reconciliation

  • A redirect result, customer screenshot, or user claim alone is not treated as final proof of successful payment.
  • The company may rely on verified webhook status, reconciliation data, banking confirmation, UTR review, amount match, and internal logs before granting credit or approval.
  • Payments with mismatched amount, duplicate callback, reused reference, or suspicious ownership may be held for manual review.

Failed, Duplicate, or Disputed Payments

  • Failed or timed-out transactions may require reconciliation before any further action is taken.
  • Duplicate payments, duplicate callback attempts, or disputed transactions may be reversed, settled, refunded, or held after review.
  • The company reserves the right to reject or recover any erroneous credit posted because of system error, gateway mismatch, or fraudulent submission.

Chargeback, Fraud, and Account Action

  • Chargeback abuse, false proof uploads, unauthorized payment use, and forged payment evidence may lead to service hold, legal escalation, and recovery action.
  • UPI, gateway, and add-money flows may be subject to amount tolerance checks, signature validation, and duplicate-blocking controls.
  • Financial benefits connected to disputed or reversed payments may be removed from orders, wallets, or income ledgers.

Users should keep payment receipts and reference numbers until the corresponding transaction is fully settled in the system.
